Welcome to the Brickfilms Wiki, the community run encyclopaedia about stop motion animated films created using LEGO and other plastic brick construction toys, that you can help. This wiki is not endorsed by The LEGO Group, and is not run in official association with any website or organisation. It is currently staffed by members of the community at Bricks in Motion.

A LEGO House Dream

The LEGO Group have announced the ninth Rebrick brickfilm competition, "A LEGO House Dream". The theme of the contest is to show "your idea of a day at the LEGO House", tying in with the opening of the LEGO House in Billund, Denmark. Entries are required to be between 15 and 30 seconds and the deadline is November 3. Three winners will receive the LEGO set of the LEGO House signed by the designer, and one Grand Prize winner will also receive a trip for two to Billund, Denmark with tickets to visit the LEGO House.

Thor: Ragnarok - Contest

The French brickfilming website Brick à Brack has organised a contest on the request of The LEGO Group to promote the release of the film Thor Ragnarok and related LEGO sets. The contest was announced by Loïc Fontaine-Boivin on September 23, and has a deadline of October 29. It is for brickfilms starring Thor that are at minimum 20 seconds long, and it is open to worldwide participants. Prizes include multiple LEGO Marvel Super Heroes set and a LEGO Thor poster released exclusively for San Diego Comic-Con.

Spirit of Adventure Contest (Closed)

Bricks in Motion ran its 2017 summer contest, the Spirit of Adventure Contest. The theme of the contest was adventure and the deadline was September 10. This was the seventh summer contest on the site and the first to be hosted by Seán Willis, who took over as site admin in 2017. The contest is sponsored by Dragonframe, Brickstuff, and The LEGO Animation Book, who are all providing prizes. This contest has added a new Promising Director prize.
